I see people have written letters, but does there have to be anything specific written? and where do i send it?

I just want to tell them to remove me from th records and to F off!

I'd direct you to the post by Infymus at the top of this forum (Also here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1334). He has addresses and a link to another web site for details on how to send in the letter.
