Washington (CNN) -- Passengers hailing cabs in Chicago starting Sunday may want to read the fine print on the taxi placards before they get in. In addition to the base fare, cab drivers for the first time can charge sick passengers a $50 vomit cleanup fee.

Geez, I hope that when I go to visit my kids on Father's Day and such that the Mormons don't charge me a $50 vomit clean up fee while listening to all the crap during sacrament meeting . . . . .

I used to drive taxi about 15 years ago and when I did it I used to have to carry a lot of drunks and such and anytime they barfed in the car I charged them right off the bat and extra 25 for cleaning and if they craped themselves it was 50. I will tell you this..once they found out the extra cost I had many ask me to pull over so they can get sick outside the car.
The crapping only happened once..thank God and man that was SO wrong on so many levels. I personally think its fair to do because it cost you time and money to clean up the car and make it somewhat fresh after the incident.
Just my opinion.
